By accessing velomoveaccess.com you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Products and Specifications

Velomove manufactures electric swivel seats, wheelchair lifts and aluminum wheelchair ramps for vans, MPVs, sedans and buses. All technical specifications shown on the Site (load capacity, lift height, weight, dimensions) are nominal and may vary by vehicle application, installation environment and production batch.

2. Pricing and Quotations

Listed prices, where shown, are indicative and exclude installation, shipping, taxes and duties. Final pricing is confirmed by written quote from a Velomove sales engineer. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Certifications

Velomove products carry CE, E-Mark and ISO 9001 certifications as applicable. Certification documents are provided with shipments and on request.

4. Warranty

Standard warranty is 12 months from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, modification, or use outside the rated specifications.

5. Intellectual Property

All product designs, photographs, technical drawings and trademarks on the Site are the property of Velomove or its licensors. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Velomove is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased through the Site.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts where Velomove is registered.
